Hello . Pop socks are called that because they are made from a thin material like tights or stockings that “ pop “ out from under shoes . They are also known as knee high tights 😀

There's no way that I can afford to buy all of those pieces is there any way you can put it into a kit and I could buy it that way

Hi Mary, what do you mean all the pieces? It's all made with card stock. The embossing and hardware is all optional. You can make the tassel charm using mirror card, and the chain can be some string. I'm afraid I don't offer kits.

You can make it yourself out of cardstock. She gives the measurements for most of it. I don't buy a lot because there's always a way to improvise. Hope that helps!
