Thank You. I typed in how to work this Wink of Stella and saw you, so I clicked on immediately. I'm already a subscriber. I had already figured out the black ring, but the Push I missed. Now that darn thing is finally working. I know this is the wrong video, but I wanted to say Thank You somewhere.

Now here's a card that I'm going to "borrow" from you Sam! I think it would be great for kids and I'm thinking about letters on the strips that spell out words. TFS! I'm so enjoying listening to a UK crafter for a change! 💜

I wanted to say thank you for sharing, what a great idea. We have an charity event for a local animal rescue group coming up in 2 weeks, and my daughter thinks these will be great to hang up to sell. (Everything goes to the group for the animal care, so this is our way other than volunteering events, to bring in money to the cause.) Cancer this last year has drained the cash, but time it has not. So thank you again, I have you bookmarked, just in case my hand written notes are missing a step. Blessed Be

Hi Sam! Your tutorial was terrific! You gave us well-stated simple directions that will be easy to follow, sizes that will be easy to duplicate, and great video quality and sound. The card has so much wow factor and didn’t require expensive tools. I’ve never seen this kind of card before and it’s amazing. I think a cute variation would be to add little photographs to the folding panels, like a mini album. Thanks so much for this video. I feel inspired to go make this card!

Now that I see all the comments, I love this idea for Christmas. I think I may try a smaller card so it could hang on the tree.... maybe the little squares on the sides would be 1" squares and the bottom flat piece maybe 3 or 4 inches with a little elec. tealight.. maybe some little bells hanging down off the bottom! oh so many ideas!

Another winning tutorial Sam. I just love it. It can be a card, Christmas decoration, you could even use a fake tea lights on the base so it looks like a hanging lantern. Brilliant 😀

This is fantastic! (as usual) You always make the directions easy to follow and the finished product is so unique. This can be used for so many occasions.... Thanks again.

This was so fun to make! I just made one for my sister's birthday. It looked like a lantern to me at first. The tealight idea is great (fake one) but too much heaviness and it tends to hang down too far. I did have a little trouble putting that ribbon on the underside and my hot glue kind of got messed up and circle isn't perfect underneath. I agree.. maybe trying it before putting those 4 sides on would work better! But just LOVE this and your tutorial was so great and easy to follow. I didn't have die cut butterflies (which I love on top), but instead used some diecut butterflies, a little lighter in weight, but they look darling too! Thank you so much for this tute!

Love this....... a little bit elaborate but very nicely done!!!!A very nice card to give to a new baby/Mom. I can't help thinking that a carousel with die cut animals in side would look cute. Not sure how I would make them lie flat for mailing. Maybe a hand delivered card in that case.
