Great idea to keep your rings organized, that way they all get a turn at being worn. Love the pretty box! :-)

Wonderful tutorial again Sam. I would love you to do one on a set of drawers. Maybe 3 or 4 different sized drawers. I was wondering if the structure could be made like the one you did for the double 6 X 6 papers, turned on its side and then make drawers to fit. Does that make sense?

Hi Denise, yes I understand what you mean, I made one many years ago from chipboard before KZbin, maybe I will look at revisiting it in the new year :)

Another brilliant design and tutorial. Thank you. I love your rings, where do you get your rings from I only see pretty ordinary ones when out shopping. 🌺
@karenperkins67446 жыл бұрын
I can't be 100% certain but I do believe Sam makes the rings herself, I am sure I heard her mention that on a tutorial way back. She is one very clever lady! :) x

Hi Jeanne, they are from all over, different countries, independent designers etc. :)

Haha, Karen, you're too kind. Only the paper ones I made and a couple of the others, the rest are shop bought :)

Omg. This is amazing. I will be making these for my staff for Xmas. I know it doesn’t matter but can you tell me approx how far in you put the ribbon, please? Thank you. Your crafts are truly amazing!!
@MixedUpCraft6 жыл бұрын
Thank you, Joanne, I would add the ribbon at least a qtr of the way and as far down the front as possible, if it's bulky ribbon you will probably need to add a mat and layer to your decoration. :)

I love all your tutorials, especially the boxes. I use the same type of glue, but my card stock tends to warp. Am I using too much (I really don't) or is the card weight not enough? So frustrating to make something beautiful only to have one part warp. Any suggestions? I'm in the US, so my access to heavy weight card is a bit limited to what I can buy online. Thank you for your time, and I can't wait to see what you do on the DT!! ☺️

Tiggermama24, so nice of you to offer help & advice to other crafters 😀 Truly inspiring
@MixedUpCraft6 жыл бұрын
Hi, Sherrill Tombow glue will not warp your paper along with Art Glitter Glue, Tonic Glue, and Cosmic Shimmer. Aleenes contains a little water so too much of it will warp your projects. I only ever use a small amount. :)

if i want to make the box larger are the score lines the same thank you
@MixedUpCraft6 жыл бұрын
No everything is different, my recent 6 x 6 reinforced box is bigger and pretty much the same, you just need to add the feet and decorate the top differently :)
