Love this - although I did have to change the piece that you said was 91/2 x 71/8. I had to cut it at 81/2 or it doesn't work (for me anyway)

Love your beautiful storage box. I have made your 6x6 one it has been great. Sticking the back and front of cereal boxes face to face gives you some nice strong Board if you don’t have Chipboard at hand. I bought a WRMK tool for closing on the corners, saves hammering or squeezing them. Thank you for another great Tutorial.
@NancyLynn6 жыл бұрын
Patricia, may I ask what the name of the tool is you are referring to? I have arthritis in my hands so need all the help I can get. Thank you
@pattyd32056 жыл бұрын
Nancy Lynn The tool is a Crop-A-Dile 111 (Main Squeeze) However having used it I would say it would be difficult to use if you have Arthritis in your hands. In my opinion it would be a NO! NO! You have to squeeze rather hard to set the corners. It makes a nice job with no dents if you accidentally miss with the hammer or squeeze to tight with pliers. Have a look on line, I got mine through Amazon , The other thing is, it’s actually quite heavy. Hope this helps. Patricia 😀

Beautiful storage, Sam. I had to smile when you said you could put it on it's side and have a small set of shelves because that's exactly what I was thinking earlier in the video, I thought about making three or four and stacking them up for my 8x8 papers. I do love the Chasing Rainbows pack, it is so pretty.

Great box construction. I love Trimcraft papers. I am in the US and we don't have anything that compares, in my opinion.

Thank you Linda, I'm curious, can I asked where do you purchase your Trimcraft papers, I get many people asking where they can find the papers in the US, I know Michaels stock some? Sam :)
@lindaknox77256 жыл бұрын
I purchased from Craftstash in UK. I have never seen trim craft paper at Michael's near me. I did pay Xtra for shipping but the papers are so nice. The service was great too.

You cud always do the small sides with a white colour and when it’s all assembled if u don’t like the line between the 2 boxes u can cover the whole side with yr patterned then so they look like one solid piece love these storage ideas I’ve made one like yr bureau for my wafer thin dies just got to put them all in it now and sort my desk I also made the one for the die plates as well will get my desk organised tomorrow

Good morning Sam, I love this box, but could you make a lid or tell me the measurements for a lid, my daughter getting married and I would love this to be her card box. This has been one of the easiest boxes I've seen in a long time.
@MixedUpCraft6 жыл бұрын
For the lid, you just need to take the base size and make it slightly bigger and then attach the sides in the same way. How long you want your sides is up to you. Glad you like it Deborah :)
