@@Gunni4091 You can honestly say that about....literally Any Pokemon Trainer in the game. For example... 'Omg Guys you had trouble with Lance? Iris? Just use Ice and Dragon Types.' You can make any trainer in any pokemon game easy if A.) You know the team and/or their type and B.) You counter pick to their team. Guzma may have been easy because, as you said, you used Rock types (Aerodactyl) to clean sweep. For those who may not like using rock types or want a challenge and purposely choose type disadvantages (Maybe OP I'm not 100% sure but could have been the case), he is one of the hardest to fight because of the team they love to use. Pokemon really is a game that you can make it as hard as you want it.

Guzma certainly broke away from the team mold most of the villains used, which were initially poison types and then added dark types. So Guzma favoring a bug type team for his usage does break away from the usual Pokémon teams the villains use in the games.

@@DinnerForkTongue That will work gave my Golisopod Waterfall and Ice Beam very formable move sets cause waterfall forces them to flinch so your pokemon can't attack and my Golisopod is evee trained so it's stats is very high and he's fast and Ice Beam good for countering dragon and flying type pokemon seeing that bug type pokemon are ammune to flying type my friend

I really wish Guzma used Scrafty instead of Ariados. I love Ariados to bits, but man....Scrafty is literally him. Lmfao Ahh, I see they changed the Ariados to Masquarain in Ultra Sun. Hahaha, well...damn. Btw, y'all wondering why Masquarain has intimidate, look at it's big angry eyes 👁️ 👁️

Anyone have any advice to beat Guzma the third time? The vikavolt swept my team. I find myself constantly reviving. (I’m new to Pokemon). The team I used was: Mudsdale (Lv44) Gyarados (Lv 42) Hawlucha (Lv 48) Decidueye (Lv 43) Pupitar (Lv 39) Skarmory (Lv 39) Any advice on what Pokemon to get and how to improve will be greatly appreciated :)

Dealwiththe Bob Why not try getting a Fire type Pokemon.If you get a Cubone and evolve it into Alolan Marowok (not sure how to spell it) not only will it resist it (Ghost/Fire up against a Bug/Electric) it might also have the Lightning Rod ability (negating Vikavolt's Electric type attacks especially with that awesome special attack it has).It's also super effective against Vikavolt.

Faded Flower thank you a lot. I caught one earlier but decided to put it in the box because it was under levelled. Do you have any ideal movesets for it? Also, i know the way to level up, but I’m obviously not at Poni island yet. Is there any alternative or is it gonna have to be good’ol fashion grinding ?

RetroShark360 oh I’ve surpassed it now. I’m at Battle Tree (although most my time has been spent breeding & SOS chaining). I think it was just where I was new to Pokemon, and I didn’t take advantage of the QR Scanner like you have, it caused my team to have strong weaknesses. Also, I didnt like constantly having Pokemon battles with the AI, so I avoided where possible. Probably why I was under levelled
