Swording against a double gunner with good aim is definitely one of the more difficult hand-to-hand scenarios, but if they whiff their shots you get the advantage and from there it's only movement that can save the double gunner. I'd bet the fight would've been a breeze if Mixel was able to lock down the Gally, as that ship offers so much more room for movement than the Sloop

lmao so true. people just criticize whatever gets them killed because they feel a bit bruised from dying. i'm always dumbfounded when people are mad about what weapon someone uses. even m1 spamming is perfectly valid if it gets the job done, even if it does require less skill (and honestly who cares, it just means you have to become more skilled with your movement to not get caught in an m1 blender).

@@paintspot1509 thats true but again they were stream sniping and sea of thieves is not a "normal" fps. Being outnumbered in sea of thieves is a lot more of a disadvantage than other games

1. Gets hit with a Peace Cursed Ball, temporarily neutralizing cannons 2. Uses harpoon instead to grab the enemy ship, and uses cannons again when ready 3. Corrects his ship using a grapple shot into the water, so he doesn't go off course, and lines up more shots. That was incredible. As a new player only like a week in, I'm taking notes. I'm solo 80% of the time, and this video has lots to teach.

I definitely don't feel good when Mixel sank, but to be honest that player with cutlass and snipe is very good. The only unfortunate thing is that Mixel was double boarded and one of them blunderbombed him out of his boat. By the time the galleon came, it is all over. Would absolutely be another story if there is a reliable teammate with Mixel. Overall, good game.

@@yakub0_024 Then why use the ones that take skill, if that puts you at a disadvantage? This whole discussion is and was always so dumb. Of course aiming a sniper is harder in fast 1v1 combat, then just swinging your sword. So just use the sword too and have the same chances. I do not get this. People will choose to use double guns or whatever and then be mad at other players for choosing a different style. It's like saying your favourite colour is red and then I say mine is purple and you hate me for it, because it isn't red...

GUYS. People are ALLOWED to use whatever weapon combo they're most comfortable with! Are you comfortable with sword and blunderbuss? Use it! Prefer sniper and pistol? Use them! Like using blunderbuss and pistol? Use those! You get the idea. Before every fight I always message the other crew to let them know what weapons I'm using and if that's ok with them. Avoids any complications later...

*This was such an entertaining video my guy. I only played Sea of Thieves long enough for that Jack Sparrow content and that was it. Streamed it, did some PVP 2V5. My use to be friend and I came close to winning but we got sunk. Again for those who my crap on my comment, we barely play the game but we gave it our best. Anyways your content is incredible and it teaches me more about the Game than the Game itself has taught me. a pirate legend fought me and my friends yesterday. we are brand new to the game, like i started three days ago. called us bad but realistically we beat him the second fight so i dont think we did all that bad. it was a 1v3 but that much experience on his side, it was pretty even.

I played with that ez4b kid before. He was being an ass and challenged me to tdm with him by joining a sloop that was selling and getting off. Every time I killed him he raged and claimed he was lagging. The single time he killed me he started calling me slurs and trash, he then proceeded to leave and take all of our brigs good supplies with him and lowered our grade 5 reaper. 6-1 forever little man.

My favorite part about people complaining about double gunning requiring no skill is that guns literally require AIM which is definition of skill, whereas with sword, you just spam m1 and hope for the best
