unfortunately these days products from reputed brands are being made of inferior quality materials unlike the 80s 90s my mums Preethi mixie bought during my birth runs even today and I'm forced to change my mixie every 4 years.

If the Mixer Grinder is new then Smoke may come occasionally when used heavily. Resin and Varnish are used in setup of coils which produces smoke if Motor heats. Such smoke can come upto 6-12 monthes depending upon the usage.

He should also explain if armature is crossed then also frequent heating and tripping of circuit breaker. Low speed of motor with heating and tripping of circuit breaker is indication of this problem.

Aap to jar ke parts easily open karte hai. Mai itne koshish kar rahi hu per open hi nahi ho raha hai. Agar jar ke parts tight ho toh kaise open kare. Open nahi hoga to thik kaise hoga.

There is circuit breaker written in my mixer grinder over a read button with other buttons but when i opened the mixer there was no circuit breaker 🙀 may be that is the reason the motor got burned and now my grinder isnt functioning?

He is explaining the reasons behind the overheating which requires below diagnosis 1) If you are filling your jar till top or the trying to grind which is hard for your grinder to take the load 2)If you are not doing the above than possibly your jar blade is getting stuck somewhere or not free to spin requires servicing 3) Or if the motor is not serviced from a longer period, hence the grip which holds the jar is not moving freely can be the reason too 4) 4th reason he mentioned about the gab that is kept for motor airflow to keep the motor cool, by using some rubber might be got flat 5) Replace the reset button if that is faulty or false alert being pushed could be the reason( reset button is called circuit breaker) I am not an expert but I have just tried to explain what he has mentioned.
