I put this album on and it just makes me think about life and how far I've come from losing my mother at 11 years old, to moving out of my sisters and coming back crying knowing how cruel and harsh the world can be. Listening to this it helps me think & in a way just be peaceful. I'm only 18 and I stress over buying a car, how I'm going to get to work, paying my phone bill, electric bill, health insurance. This music is a gateway away from all that and more I sit here and just find my breath, find a break for once in life, for this one tiny moment wether it be the full hour or five minutes of it, I can let out a deep breath and just finally let the stress flow away. I think it gets better, no one knows for sure, but you'll never find out if you don't keep living.

I've never suffered any major emotional or physical pain before, but my worst fear is seeing other people in pain. The reason I love "chillstep" (especially this one) is because as it makes me feel free... . I've heard about all kinds of pain and suffering people have and it makes me feel broken, but these tracks really make me feel hope for everyone in pain, I always want to share the hope of a better time and life. I wanted to thank you (Ayyy) for speaking out, because I may not have had pain before, but now I can really know the extent and power of pain. Yes, I know for a fact that there is a reason for ALL pain and suffering, not everyone knows and some have no hope, so speak out people! Hope and love in God- Tim Bluud (Thank you all!)

I have been struggling with depression, and I thought the only way to help was to use Adderall, but I stumbled across chill step music, and this is my favourite mix, because it was the one to help me realize that your life cannot become better if you end it, you won't be able to turn around your life. Chill step was a big slap in the face that woke me up from my endless suffering and drove me to change as a person.

so mixhound, I hope you read this comment. It will probably make you feel pretty good. Anyways, for most of my life I have struggled with rampant dreams and I'm very prone to sleep paralysis. During a certain period of my life, the dreams were waking me up and I was ending up in sleep paralysis. This is dangerous as I could have a seizure or end up having cardiac arrest while being completely healthy and young. One thing that helped a lot with the ensuing insomnia, due to fear of falling asleep and ending up in sleep paralysis was chillstep. The first thing that I found and the last thing that I needed were your gigantic mixes. I was here around the time you released number 7. Your videos, though not your own music, have helped me so much. Who knows how many times your mixes running in the background prevented me from dying. Chances are you've saved my life numerous times. Thank you for doing this. Thank you for putting these songs together and sharing them. I appreciate all of it. Even the stuff that you didn't even know you were doing. You saved my life, MixHound. Thank you.

Fantastic MixHound you never fail to brighten up my day. :) Any who read this story enjoy, and leave a comment on what you think of it. On a side note, I would like to dedicate this story to a good friend of mine called Chronicler Enigma, thanks for everything you have done to lift me up. "Take a moment breath it in." She said looking over the clouds below them the had scaled Everest and even though she had to use and oxygen tank to breath, she felt more alive than she had ever felt in a long time. She looked to her left and there he was, and she could see the tears on his face. "Are you ok Kendall?" He took a deep breath and took off his goggles and wiped the tears from his face. "Yeah i just, I have always wanted to come hear and see the world as though I was a bird flying through the sky." He took a long moment to looked over the landscape of Everest, it had taken them many days, but they made it. He smiled under his oxygen mask."Sarah, I would just like to thank you. for all that you have done for me." She looked at him confused as he set up a large camera. "What have I done for you, you funded this expedition you are the one who talked me into coming what did I do?" He looked back as he finished setting up the camera. "Sarah, I may have money and material things, but before this, i was as lonely as you could get, I had no one to just talk to, you may have little but compared to me you have the world you have friends and family who love you. Me, well all I have is a lot of money, but in my time, that have known you i have come to realize that maybe money isn't everything." He took a few pictures and then set his camera to long exposure and pressed a button. He walked away from the camera and then we walked over to the edge of a cliff and he sat on the ledge. Then he just began to laugh, he laughed so loud she could hear the echoes. He kept laughing for a solid thirty seconds. He then took a deep breath. She walked over to him and sat down next to him. "So what are you going to do now? Now that you have made it?" He stopped for a second and took a deep breath "I think I'll keep on living." "What do you mean by that?" She asked curiously. He looked t her right in the eyes and his deep brown eyes seemed to get as a wide as a young child who had just seen a miracle. "I don't know yet, but what I do know is that I am going to do more with my life than just making money anymore, I am going to live my life as if I was dying. I'll go skydiving, rock climbing, ill take a few moments and stop to take in the scenery. I'll travel places I had always wanted to go." With that, he stood and packed up his camera. "Come on." He said "We got a long way down." He then reached out his hand which she took and they began the long trip back down.

This is a great mix :) While listening to this, it inspired me to write something. I'm not talented in the art of writing, but I tried my best. Here is is: When I look up at the night sky, I'm looking at where we all came from. All of our atoms came from out there. We are not part of the universe. The universe is part of us. Its more than a pretty view from earth, its our spirit. Our soul. We were created from the matter from the stars we see. When we die, we don't just fade away. For every person that dies, a star is born. Your soul doesn't fade out, it burns brighter. Those beautiful things we see in the sky, is a sign saying, "Hey, you are beautiful too." So if you ever feel like you are ugly, just remember that you are not. You are the beautiful things you see in the sky. The beautiful things you see in the sky are you.

a lot of things have happened in my life. one of them losing my father before I can remember anything about him. I never had the proper time to grieve over him. nor my friend who passed in may. it's been really hard for me. and in a strange way, I love to feel the pain of grieving, it shows that I am alive and human. it shows that I care. even if I don't remember. so thank u so much. I don't know how much more to say it but... thank you. thank u for making this and helping me feel all the emotions of a human. of what it's supposed to feel like to be alive. thank u so much. I love the way it transitions and the violin and all the different types of beats and sounds. I helps me breath through the pain and find my self once more. u r truly blessed for helping me and the other people of this world. I hate watching my friends and people be in pain. or how they can become cracked or broken. I will not be shiny and new but I am only dimmed, I will fight through this with ur beautiful music. and hopefully others will too. so once again, thank u.

First of all, I don't know what else is considered higher than the word of THANK YOU to show how grateful I am for this. This might sound so cheesy, but through this mix, I instantly fall into zillion pieces. This is so painful and I really thank you for mixing this, the music and all strike right at the core of my heart. It's just on point. I am at my lowest point in life and hearing this is such a relieve for I can open my eyes about how pitiful I am and how actually I can do better than this. Thank you so much for mixing those music. Thank you so muucchh. So now what I wanted to ask you is, where'd you find all of these beautiful masterpieces? Those names, these titles, the feels? and how? I want to get deeper and know more about this kind of music because it's really not a thing in my country so it's quite hard to lurk at. Last of all, again, thank you so much.
