Great use of the mixer and if molasses is cheap maybe mixing a little molasses and malunggay for vitamins. I try to give my animals some and may start trying to grow Azola

Next thing on the list for being self sufficient in the feed supply. Pick up a woodchipper, can feed banana trees, leaves and papaya leaves and trees, into it, add to the mix. Would advise making an covered area somewhere, sometime, so can use the mixer in the rainy season safely . I would imagine in a few months time hundreds of kgs a day of feed being produced. Might even consider, drying the azolla for sale, if enough is available. Consin, will be observing maybe, spread the word around, how good it is?! Lol

That’s a funny we shall see if the listen “use the wheelbarrow” probably not. I recall the fingerlings and so many other times selective hearing loss. Those foreigners don’t know lol

I thought using a wheel barrow too! It looks like the azolla initiative is beginning to bear fruit. I wonder if your dogs would eat it in a mix too?

Brain, water fertilizer slow release bamboo sticks will save you water and time and plus a form of constant fertilization. It's work and my result has been quite profitable. Imagine, a bamboo stalk about three inches in diameter about four feet tall, one feet or less will be driven in the ground. At the half foot mark before driven in the ground will have small drill holes all around it. You can use coconut hair pack first into the stalk , six inches is prefer. Then fill according to what you may have. Such as a mixture of Caribou waste, pig waste, rice hull compost, egg shells and whole fish bits. Fill bamboo stalk to about four inches to top ,insert your standard water bottle in the top of the stalk with the bottom cut out. Tape to stalk . Brain your worker only need to past by and fill half of that bottle. Time saved, water saved, and manpower saved. If for some reason you should need more stability. Tatay can built a rail system made of metal somewhat like for a fence however no fence . Just a cord to support each stalk assembly.

It's great the pigs are loving the azolla. Do you make a slurry out of it with adding water? (Brian, at 13:37, I could swear that looked and sounded like Consing you were talking to, not Ippy .. you called her Ippy, but the camera didn't get a close enough shot at her for me to tell for sure .. maybe I just need stronger reading glasses). 😁

They are really going to town on that feed. You guys should rinse off some of the azolla and try it for yourselves. There is a family on KZbin that are dehydrating the stuff, it is on one of those opacolyst preppers videos. It is a food source that humans could survive on. It would be interesting to know what it tastes like.
