Hi again, I have a question that Google can't seem to answer... when I am playing through my speakers on cdjs and a mixer and I load songs while one is playing and it's for the first time plus adjusting beat grid on the fly I get laggy speakers feedback and it distorts for a bit then it goes away... why would the system be glitching when I'm loading songs and creating that bad audio output? Is there something i need to do or check? I've switched all cables and speakers and still get it so I assume it's coming from the lap top... sorry this is long but hopefully someone can get back to me before my set Friday night

I've seen a few of your mixes, on each one you're clipping the channels. Don't you know it distorts the sound ? Use the volume slider, not the Trim knob :)

i believe its because some of the songs are playing in double/half time. For example on at 150 bpm the other at 75 so it looks like their off since one is moving twice as fast but they're actually in time

I think this is the best compliment for serato stems cuz it’s way easier than downloading or making acapellas and instrumentals separately. If it sounds the same for you so their job is done

Still pretty muddy for my ears tho, especially rekordbox stems. It’s a great feature for training and finding nice mashup combos but not for live performances yet imo

It’s all very clever but at the end of the day it’s about the sound.. all that horrible naff artefact’s ruin the whole thing. Pointless unless you are playing to deaf folks. UNTILL stems is 100% full quality this sound is only for a generation with no standard of quality.
