The Lab SYD is Mixmag and Smirnoff Sound Collective's weekly live stream where we showcase the finest DJs direct from our world famous international office party.
This week with a career spanning over 30 years, disco vigilante Late Nite Tuff Guy takes control.
LNTG is the scandalous alter-ego of HMC aka ‘The Godfather of Australian Techno’. As LNTG, he peddles the most credible of disco-edits, creating classics in their own right. His original ‘I Get Deeper’ remains an absolute stalwart anthem, sounding as fresh today as it did on its release in 2007.
LNTG remixes of New Order and Herb Alpert and a new LP are dropping soon.
Catch LNTG at Glasgow’s Sub Club and London’s XOYO this summer as part of his European tour.
The Smirnoff Sound Collective is all about bringing fans closer to the DJs, providing up and coming talent with a solid platform and throwing unique events where fans and artists can party together.

I love finding the originals but, in case anyone's wondering, the Geraldine Hunt edit is heavily influenced by DJ Chus "That Feeling" (which sample the original track). The edit loops the same part as Chus did. Really nicely done by DJ S though.
