I’m pretty sure what happened was that their company pulled them from the program to promote on a tour. There’s no way that they knew the show was going to tank. The winner of the boys’ version (Woo Jin Young) was under the same company at the time and was a member of D1CE. If there was any hint of the program being the disaster that it was, why wouldn’t the other contestants under the same company make the same move and withdraw? Ultimately, it was a lucky break for DC that they left before they were too invested. The lawsuit was most likely due to losses for WJY and what the company would’ve received from his activities in the project group (on top of reparations for what the smaller companies went through due to YG Entertainment weaponizing its leverage and trying to change the project group contracts).

6:36 actually Yukika has released a lot of music since 2018! Several singles, her album "Soul Lady" and EP "Timeabout", which I recommend especially if you're into City Pop. Really excellent stuff. Before she got married and had kids, she was basically holding city pop up by herself LOL.

Only 3 members, Jieun (Former Member), Goeun These girls participated in Produce 48 and Dosie who participated here in MIXNINE. Other members are Chaein and Ireh- These members are former YG trainees. Then members Yuki and Swan doesn't seem to have any pre debut moments that can be seen as an agency trainee or even participated in any survival show before debuting.
