Us Vietnamese clean our bones & meats. For example in pho & bun bo hue, the bones & meats are parboiled to remove the impurities, scum, & blood. Once parboiled we rinse under cold water & add back into pot, with clean bones & meats it creates for a cleaner broth. Papa knows exactly what he’s doing!!!!!🙌
