The killer using menstrual/sanitary napkins in this context makes me think he has some type of survival knowledge, possibly from a connection to or training in the boy scouts, first aid, the military, first responder, field medicine, disaster response, or something similar.

Cutting the phone lines, his level of stealth, removing a window screen and climbing inside a small window without making any noise, he goes from moving that smooth and quietly, to beast mode killing with such strength and savagery. I think he’s a military drop out, he’s trained in hand to hand combat. Above all he’s a psychopath.

The family seemed so sweet..just going about a normal day..so sad I hope since there is so much forensic evidence and so many advances in forensics now that mabey this case can be solved soon..hopefully all the forensic evidence was collected and stored properly so the family members can get justice for their family....its so odd how the murderer stuck around the house like he/she wasn't worried someone would walk in on the scene while he/she was there that makes me think the perpetrator had been watching the family and knew their routines which would make sense since it was claimed a car had been parked in front of their house on more than one accasion...mabey the family or one family member in paticular had a stalker and they didn't realize it.

This is plain scary... completely senseless, then the callous use of their property...can't help but be reminded of the murders perpetrated by demons in the Supernatural, the utter disregard is exactly the same. I hope this "demon" is found soon and sent where he belongs.

My thoughts are it was a us soldier that was the child of a Vietnam Veteran and a Vietnamese woman. Many soldiers found love with Vietnamese women and brought them home with them. As far as motive with my theory its because the killer figured they could get away with it. So my thoughts are to look at us military personel stationed nearby that had recently been stationed at Edwards and that were also of white and Vietnamese decent with type A blood

When you talked about a suspect being in a skater outfit until much later when you showed examples of the clothes, i thought he was walking around in a unitard. This will be solved because there is so much evidence. The killer might turn up through another case. This was not their first time maybe because he was so casual, so why would it be his last. Hired killers are usually neater. Someone here suggested a stalker, that sounds reasonable. It would account for the anger and disdain. This is so horrible, ut with evidence and science now we’ll at least get answers.
