Thank-you so much for this tutorial. For English speakers: She used 4-ply combed cotton. I think mercerized cotton would also work nicely since it is shinier. I am going to try to source something in the US that will work. I have not seen this purse in stores so I don’t know if it is has a sheen to it. LoveCrafts is a UK based supplier with a current sale on 4-ply cotton yarn right now (July 2024). It isn’t mercerized. They have two different Paintbox yarn types on sale right now. Mine does not offer English as a choice (wish I could read it in English too) but the video seems really good and she shows very well what stitches are used so I think I’ll give it a try based on just the video
