I feel like this'd play after Sans's final attack in the game. Where he'd fall asleep. But instead of falling asleep in here, he'd fight the fatigue and continue to fight. His attacks would be slower, but there'd be more of them so to speak, so two gasters would fire at once instead of one, but they'd take longer to "Charge up". When you'd attack him, he'd summon a gaster in-front of him that'd tank the blow, but would slowly grow more damaged over time.

I imagine this would probably take place after sans falls asleep, but instead of getting hit, he DODGES. his ATTACK would increase, and so would the Karma. his blasters take longer to charge as the phase goes on, but they do more damage when they're at the slowest of charging. he would also do a bone zone in front of him to block your attack, and he would probably have no more jokes to say, only serious dialogue.
