We get to know the identity of the girl in the end. The artist who created the song, syudou, made another song called Callgirl which has the same beat and similar lyrics of Callboy which is how we know it’s connected. The girl in Callgirl has similar hair to the girl at the end In Callgirl, a girl is talking about her affection of the boy in the video until the end, where she figures out her love’s been wasted. We see in Callboy at 1:24, how the boy lies about love and leads girls on for sex. The girl from Callgirl was probably heartbroken from him going around with other women and from finding out he was faking his “love” for her. Also, in the end, maybe it’s just me, but it looks like she’s pregnant too. The boy definitely died. He mentions one last drink before death at the end Either the girl from Callgirl killed him or he died himself. The crowd is staring at her in the end, so she definitely made a scene, either kicking his dead body while pouring alcohol on it, or beating him to death while he’s drunk/ passed out or leaving him to die while he over drank When the boy was talking about being lonely, I’m pretty sure he was starting to open up to people, but, because he’s in such a toxic environment where feelings don’t matter, none of the girls he talked to listened to him, and because of his toxic personality, girls who would, like the one in Callgirl, received his “wild and violent” personality when he was sober. Probably abusive as, in Callgirl, we can’t see the girl’s left eye implying she has a black eye

Update about the girl at the end: I saw a theory about the lore of this song, but it is outdated. A new song came out from Mr. Syudou a few months ago called Bad Person clarifying that it is definitely not the girl from the song Call Girl that killed or at least harmed the Boy at the end of the MV, instead it is the girl we see at 2:15. She is the protagonist of the song Bad Person and sings about abuse and desperation of love that got her into a toxic relationship. There are some more similarities like the broken phone we see at the end of this MV appears at the start of Bad Person and more which I will touch on later. The girl is not mentally stable since she mentions multiple worrying things such as wanting to be killed and harming herself. Coincidence or not at 2:15 of Bad Person we get a confirmation of the connection between these songs since the boy from this song clearly appears there. The boy... the boy is an alcoholic who is going out with multiple girls at once for self-pleasure and sex. He is a disturbing character; he looks down on others in the clubs/bars but acknowledges that he is scooping to their level. He acknowledges his alcohol and relationship problems but the way he handles it is by taking more alcohol. Even when he tried to stop, he attempted it with the wrong people, he opened up to people who took his desperate attempt at salvation lightly, which in turn made him even more vulnerable to his previous behavior. Another major point of interest is that we get a lot of shots of a bar tender in the Bad Person MV. Perhaps he is aware of the state she is in. There is also a shot of her crying in his arms. The Bartender is most likely close to the girl not only because of that but also because there was a scene where the two of them looked younger and the girl was clinging to his arm. The bartender was talking to some girl in that scene, although she has some similarities to the girl from Call Girl, I do not think they are the same, the girl from Call Girl seems much more petit. My theory is that the bar tender talked the girl into harming him because he felt pity for her as a friend or even family member. In most scenes with him as an adult he looks very serious and dangerous, especially in the scenes where it shows a close up of his eyes (The best comparison I can think of is the Priest from Tokyo Ghoul just more calm and serious looking) Finally, I must talk about Call Girl, it has some similarities that I will cover during this part and at the end as part of an info dump. As I said earlier, I do not think this girl is either the girl who attacked the boy from this video nor the girl the bartender was talking to. I will go at some point through all the Syudou songs and update this accordingly. Currently my theory is that the girl is in the video is representing the boys sensitive side, they both talk about how they want to explain themselves, though the girl specifies that she is anxious about talking about it, and needs to be asked and she'll tell anything about her. She also talks about loving someone and that they might understand someday what that love is, if my theory is true this could fit to the boy who although goes out with multiple girls does that as a way to distract himself from his problems though he truly loves only one. That is it... for now! Hopefully, I am right, and if not, I will update this!

I know many already have talked about this songs meaning and the connection with “call-girl”, but personally, I think there's more things that not many have mentioned, and I want to point them out. First in “call-girl” we are introduced to a woman who is lonely (also most likely suicid4l, considering one of the first lines says that she want to “wanting to jump from Platform 3”), and intoxicates herself in order to cope with her feelings, then she meet “call-boy”, and she falls in “love” (I would not call that love, rather a fantasy of felling understood, as she states that she wants him to now everything about her, and for her to have “affection and devotion in overwhelming amounts”), but at the end of the song she realizes that her feelings where not mutual, and she realizes that her “love” was “brought about by my drowsiness, my urges, and my instability”, and that's where the song ends. But in “call-boy” were introduced to the other side of the story, where “call-boy” also drinks to ease his loneliness and emptiness, using women, because, and as he says, the bar is a “place full of people wanting to use other, and people wanting to be used”, so he doesn't need to love anybody there, it's just for fun. And it seems like he uses others to cope, as he was used too (“and since even that 'anyone' didn't choose me, I hide my tears and get even more drunk”), also, he states that “if I don't drink, tomorrow won't come. I hate it, another drink”, so it's an addiction that is his only way of living, sacrificing his “money, time, and my liver”. He also has a fear of being lonely (“I'll be kind, so please don't leave me alone”), and in minute 1:54 to 2:10 his sleeve is rolled back, and there are what seems to be cuts in his arm (correct me if I'm wrong, but it does seem like self h4rm scars to me), and it would make sense, since he has a clear cynical and negative view on everything, but very self-aware that he lies in love too, and talking about the other people in the bar as “drunken fools”, or saying that people there “hunt down gentle lies like animals” and are hypocrites, and he hates living like that. But then he realizes that, he is also part of the problem, he was part of the hypocrites, as all he did was get drunk to avoid pain. That's where “call-girl” appears, and he says “before I die, another drink”, so he most likely died form alcohol intoxication, after being confronted by “call-girl” (she pours a drink in his face, but he's still alive in the beginning of the song while nose bleeding, so probably he didn't die immediately). So I think that It was only fake love made from two people that where emotionally unstable, they used each other, the girl used him to feel like she could connect whit someone that understood how she was feeling, as she saw herself in him (they are very similar), and he used her to ease his abandonment issues. Also ! The way the color sort of “explode” when he realizes his a hypocrite in 2:44 is awesome !! And of course, miyuu's voice gives the song a lot of emotion !! And sorry if this is hard to read, I'm not that good with English so I couldn't express myself very well (^▽^;)ゞ

heres a theory of whats happening: so there is a guy, and he loves drinking and meeting women alot, but never manages to get with anyone and, keeps drinking to keep himself busy, he eventually breaks up with many relationships and keeps smoking, his habit literally kills him, and the woman at the end is a personification of his love for drinking. I know this isnt perfect ofc, but what are your thoughts?

Time Bomb I think that he already had a problem with drinking and he was with the women he met at the bar for awhile and she kinda had enough of his bad habits later on in the relationship. She confronted him about it and it caused him to drink even more. Then near the end she kinda digs into him and he loses his mind and realizes he has a problem (still doesn’t stop him from drinking though) in the end he can’t break his bad habits and can’t change for her so she poisoned him. (Got this theory from the text messages and the the telephone when he said “don’t leave me alone.” During some parts it sounds like he is having a convo too.)

Since the title's call boy I thought he might be an escort or the like and formed his drinking habit around that. So he gets drunk to make it easier until it became a proper habit since he can't get real love. After a while he had to admit to himself that was wrong but ended up continuing to drink anyway.

Actually, we get to know the identity of the girl in the end. The artist who created the song, syudou, made another song called Callgirl which has the same beat and similar lyrics of Callboy which is how we know it’s connected. The girl in Callgirl has similar hair to the girl at the end In Callgirl, a girl is talking about her affection of the boy in the video until the end, where she figures out her love’s been wasted. We see in Callboy at 1:24, how the boy lies about love and leads girls on for sex. The girl from Callgirl was probably heartbroken from him going around with other women and from finding out he was faking his “love” for her. Also, in the end, maybe it’s just me, but it looks like she’s pregnant too. The boy definitely died. He mentions one last drink before death Either she killed him or he died himself. The crowd is staring at her in the end, so she definitely made a scene, either kicking his dead body while pouring alcohol on it, or beating him to death while he’s drunk/ passed out or leaving him to die while he over drank When the boy was talking about being lonely, I’m pretty sure he was starting to open up to people, but, because he’s in such a toxic environment where feelings don’t matter, none of the girls he talked to listened to him, and because of his toxic personality, girls who would, like the one in Callgirl, received his “wild and violent” personality when he was sober. Probably hit the girl in Callgirl in the eye since we can’t see her left eye.
