my mom said the function of tamarind water is to lessen the fishy smell of the sardine. every dish we cook that need to put tamarind water is to lessen the fishy smell of the dish. and also yes, to add sour taste too

1:58 kita kena basuh telur sebab takut masa pecahkan telur,termasuk sekali kulit dia. Kalau tak basuh dulu, telur yang dah pecahkan tu tercemar sebab kena dengan kulit telur yang kotor tu

Ye tpi elok basuh sebelum kita nk masak je. Kalau basuh awal2 pastu simpan dlm peti xelok. Sbb luar kulit telur ada layer protect telur tu.

Kulit telur kene basuh dulu sebelum masak..sebab,terdapat tahi atau kotoran yang melekat pada kulit tersebut..

Kena gaul makan ngan tangan, baru sebati n lg sedap makannye, lgpon nasi jenis ni kurang sebati/kurang nikmat mkn ngan lauk camni, kalau buat nasi arab/minyak ke briyani ke tomato ke baru sesuai masak ngan beras ni

Wah..terbaik. kalau nk buat sardin sendiri pun senang shaja. Bahan² 1. Ikan sardin/selayang/Tongkol fresh- 5ekor 2. Tomato puree - 500ml(nak kuah bnyk boleh tmbh) 3. Pes cili( kalau nak pedas) 4. Garam gula cukup rasa 5. 500ml Air Potong ikan 2/3 bhgn, kalau Ikan tongkol potong laa ikut size korang suka. Cmpur semua bahan dan masak 20minit dlm pressure cooker..hihi. Lg sedap dr dlm tin😁

Nice video. The sambal part is the special addition I need to try next time. Substitute with sardin if fedup after eating various chicken menus. Some people added potatoes as well, or curry powder. One last part, do try to add uncooked onion (Holland) rings before serving to add some crunchiness, and flavor.

Wow.. walaupun proses masak mcm berperang.. tapi end result nampak sedap giler!! Bahan2 semua betul.. terutama air asam tu.. bila lepas letak cili segala tu, terus nampak boleh jual dah sambal ni.. tahniah.. Skrg dah boleh dine in kan.. boleh lah buat content makan kat restoran lak.. kalau berani & dah lengkap 2 dos suntikan lah.. kalau belum ready.. kakak ular sawa terpaksa lah masak lagi.. meriah sebenarnya.. boleh diteruskan.. tahniah.. 👍👍👍😍😍😍

You should try another malaysian simple food.. masak ikan bilis goreng+bawang merah bawang putih goreng+cili hijau/merah with telur goreng panas2 letak kicap atas nasi... Very delicious 🤤

Terbaik lah mizi comel dan dean. Nanti bole try masak bihun atau mee goreng pula. Nanti dean n mizi travel around malaysia buat video tmpt2 menarik yg jarang org pergi dan juga makanan2 yg famous dan tradisi d tmpt yg dilawati. Yes, deen is clever to ask you wash the eggs first. Cz if you dont, it will be cross contamination bacteria between eggshell and the eggs that you break,

Sambal sardine makan dengan roti Gardenia atau Roti canai pun sedap. And sebab Mizi suka ikan cuba masak kari ikan pulak, boleh makan dengan nasi atau roti.

"Ular sawa korea 2021" jahatlah kau Dean..... 🤣🤣 Seeing the ingredient and way of cooking sardin is a pro level. I'm not usually cooking like that actually, student/ Bujang love to use minimal ingredient. Plus faster way to cook. I think is more like kedai punya style/ family style. But is rare to see any kedai cook sardin actually (Actually I never saw one 😅). But it is really looks so appetizing. Thanks Mizi for cook it.

I think its better if Mizi tried it using another kicap brand because Kicap Mahsuri a bit salty compare to other brand like kicap cap kipas udang, kicap abc and so on. Try these kicap then you will like the taste.

Telan air liur tengok mizi masak. Asam jawa dan garam kurangkan sikit sebab kuah sardin tu dah ada perasa. Kalau tidak goreng dulu sardin pun ok je mizi. Masak sambal dan letak je sardin sampai masak.

That was a very different way of making sambal, but looks impressive. Have to try and judge for myself. The next time you make this sambal, throw in a small knob of belacan and maybe some lemongrass.

Explain dkt akak miji, telor ayam mmg kite kene basuh sbb dia ada selaput najis dkt kulitnya, so utk jaga kesihatan dan sunnah kita basuh la telur ayam tu sebaik-baik nya. Pecah telur dlm mangkuk jgn direct kuali, sbb kalu ada serpihan kulit masuk dlm masakan kan dh contaminated. Papepun Terbaik sokmo!

Since this looks pretty hard for you to cook it, i will share my recipe of sardin. It is way more easy >_< 4-5 Shallots ( one tin of sardine) 3-4 garlic 2 table spoon of tomato sauce 3 table spoon of soy sauce (kicap manis) tamarind water cili pes ( like the one u use, can use one packet for one tin) salt (up to you how much u want to put it in base on your taste) How to cook it -Add some cooking oil to the pan -When it's hot enough, add the shallots and garlic (chopped it with you want it to be) -Add the cili pes - When its a bit cooked, add tomato sauce and soy sauce -Add the sardine sauce first - add Tamarind water -Salt (taste if its good enough) -Add the fish -Let it cook for a bit and done! Oh you can add tomato too because its soo good! :)

To be actually on budget, cook 1 small tin of sardin and served with a plate of 🍚. If you can add 🍳 and slices of cucumber 🥒 and also a dash of kicap for taste. Leftover sardin can be kept in the fridge and microwaved next morning to eat with bread as breakfast.

I teach you a most simple way... Buy 2-3 portion of nasi lemak, chop some onion, open a tin of sardine, 2-3 eggs.. Then you can make a nice flavor Nasi Lemak fried rice.. No need to cook rice and buy extra sambal..😂
