I never doubted Mizkif, but winning the lawsuit really doesn't mean anything. She sued him for defamation/tortious intent, which is already hard to prove, and we already knew there was no proof and she is the one that needs to provide it, in the document we see he won because she lacked ground or proof for the legal cause. So winning really doesn't mean much, if he lost it would be pretty bad however. The court just did what everyone should have done, dismissed it when no proof was presented, but nothing really changed from what we already knew.

As a lud/miz viewer when this happened: Honestly lud separated himself for his own streamer health. Lud I feel like has not separated himself from Hassan because qt is Hassan’s friend/collaborator. I still watched miz post event because it really felt like his intentions were not malice and people (train) just wanted to start shit. Maya was also just as involved with the event as miz but Maya was qts only friend so lud supported qt and dropped miz. Maya around that time (I think because of this event) broke up with miz. So Miz lost his ex, lost a lot of his veiwers and lost lud because lud choose qt/Maya over miz. Lud did reach out to miz in the early days (he stated he was on of the only ones) but I imagine the loss of crossover viewers, Maya, and his own personal friends and org (basically) was an incredible toll on his mental health. Realistically the people at fault here are train xqc and Adriana, but legally only Adriana. I feel for miz and Ludwig is a bad friend, but it just goes to show you that no one in the space are really friends, just associates which is sad.

To clarify: Mizkif did NOT win a lawsuit. As he himself said, the case got thrown out. Adriana tried to sue him for blacklisting her to cover up the SA, and the case was thrown out. This does NOT mean he is innocent, it means it's impossible to prove. Which yeah, it is. To prove that he was being malicious, is near impossible. He can just claim people didn't hang out with her anymore because they don't like her. Unless people came forward and admitted they blacklisted her to be in Mizkif's good graces, she would have never won, even if WE know it's true. Remember, normies in court have no idea how the Twitch culture works. If Destiny tried to sue Hasan for getting him blacklisted on all of Twitch, he wouldn't have won, the case would have been thrown out, because courts have no idea how to deal with things related to social media. What I think happened was that no one "covered up" anything. That what happened at that party with Slick was well known by all, including Adrianna, and for over a year none of them really cared or considered it a big issue. Then suddenly, one day word starts going around that hey actually Adrianna might be about to make a big issue out of it after all, and the others with knowledge of the situation like Mizkif were like "wait, what? For real? She's gonna make it an issue now?" And so, they all tried to get in touch with her as a friend group to figure out what/why she was about to escalate an old and seemingly minor situation. Not in a malicious way, just the way that friend groups do when someone's about to stir the pot and spin up drama. And THEN, once everything leaked and started going public, everyone climbed up on their high horse and began pointing fingers about misconduct and attempted cover-ups to save face with fans, etc, and not appear to have been as complacent as they all were with the knowledge of Slick's behavior that night for fear of being canceled for it

idk what mizkif has to say about his side of things and what he has to disprove his involvment in things, but the way he described that headspace is.. not unaccruate. to put it very mildly. at least for me, you don't feel "human" in those moments.
