Generally, I wouldn't agree with XQC but this time, I absolutely agree that he should have been given another chance, and I don't think he should be banned for this "fail RP" crap. Regarding the RP, the RP literally wouldn't have gotten to that point if the guy he was running with didn't have technical issues. You can CLEARLY see it in the clip. Unfortunately, because it's X, I'm willing to bet they will take his previous bad behavior into account. That's actually what I'm thinking here, is that the cops knew it was him, knew he has a reputation, and they acted as if he was trying to bullshit out of the jail time.

Either way, and from watching many cop pov streams for the past months, cops are instructed by higher ups to not entertain scuff/issue situations as that is an admin's job which is exactly what xQc said in the clip, an admin came and helped with the vault situation. So this is why xQc was treated that way and idk what exactly happened there between the two parties but it seems like he lacks context regarding what cops can and can't do.

X isn't right though. Yes, sometimes when scuff happens the cops do a reset or wait til the scuff is fixed, other times they give an extremely light jail time to make up for it. IMO at the point where the cops rolled up the car was too badly damaged for them to do a reset so they were gonna go with option B which is a reduced sentence. X isn't the first person this has happened to, nor will he be the last. His handling of the situation plus all of his past actions equal to a perma ban from the server imo.

I think 99% of the time cops scuff out the crims don't even know or realize that it happened, they just think they lost them and got away. Take the Rainbow Road heist for instance when they leave the Fleeca in Harmony and are headed to Paleto. Doesn't even need to be an interceptor, normal cop car, primary chaser is the only one that can see the crim, primary dc's before back up can catch up, crim is gone, cop has to deal with it. X has gotten away so many times because of scuff just like every major crim on that server, when that happens the cops sigh and say "we'll get them next time"
