@@mbrannon The Firefly segments were pretty much weekly once it became popular. It's one of the best if not the best part of any show. All of them have been great so far. The debut of The Fiend had everybody talking something MJF hasn't done yet. It makes sense for The Fiend to show up since they've been building up to the Hell in a Cell match.

Yeah you’re in the minority there. Who cares if it’s obvious it’s 2019 in most storylines you can telegraph where it’s going. It’d be a tremendous feud and the wait is what makes it great. Also having a wrestling company where all heels get along and all faces get along is campy and cheesy and just unrealistic. In real sports there are good people that are friends with divas or people that aren’t seen in the same light. That’s how real life is too. Complex relationships

He is an amazing heel and plays his character up to perfection and that is a fact, but so does Jericho and he has reinvented himself many times through the years as both heel and face and has got things and catch frases over like no one else. Cornette gets camera pan and when to set commercial breaks. He is a little outdated in his thoughts of the current wrestling system, but his core values for seeing talent and seeing a star is bar none.

Intergalactic Interviews At the very least, he would be reading from a script, and his character would be so different and watered down. Look at how he plants a seed for his eventual turn on Cody due to being frustrated that Cody always getting to “Eat first, over and over and over and over again” and then say he’s fine with it because he loves him. Awesome layered character work. The fact all the wrestlers have these media scrums to answer questions in character can only be a positive for their character development. If a talent goes out there and bombs that’s on them and they will get weeded out while the guys that do well will skyrocket and have well rounded characters. MJF is fantastic. I’m sure Vince will back up the brinks truck when MJF’s contract is up, as will AEW. Guess it’ll be up to whether the talent wants the creative freedom.
