Thank you for posting this! I go to Japan all the time & always wondered how to use this machine (I only know a little Japanese). I always see the Loppi code listed on Visunavi & its nice to know I can buy tickets on my own now ^^

I think they changed the main menu around, but I had my L-code and after that, it was pretty much the same. Thanks so much!

There are also intermediary ticket shopping services that can buy the ticket for you and send it to you, for example japanconcertickets com
