A good tip… when securing Velcro at back of the car just lift up sub trunk lid and secure under.The lid carpet gets a hammering after Velcro is used on top.Folding over and securing, there is no visual noticeable

The tent is great UNTIL IT RAINS!!! I have owned many tents and camped in all conditions, I have never experienced it raining inside the tent as well as outside. I contacted MKCAMP about this and they refused the 12mo warranty and said they definitely waterproofed the tent properly and the problem must be that I didn't set it up. They sent me the setup video and suggested I try following the instructions and zipping it up properly, which was incredibly insulting. The setup was not exactly rocket science. I live in Vancouver, which is a temperate rainforest. So I have a $1200 shade structure, I guess.
