Characters with enrage on special two are underappreciated, MK11 Raiden with maxed Rusty CS is unstoppable, can't power drain him, don't need to put any power gen equipment on him and if you have his brutality set he just melts everyone, even MK11 Scorpion with his brutality set isn't as effective as Raiden.

@Kabal He's not that fast (even if he should be). He's fast only because has 12 sec of Speed on Tag-In. His tag in attack can be easily blocked, the same can be said about the fatal blow (if it came from the passive). And his sp1 was nerfed recently (him and BD Kabal), even though NRS didn't announced anyone, his sp1 deals half of the damage it used to deal.

To me honestly I think and I’m pretty sure the mk11 series of characters are probably s tier since that includes mk11 scorpion,subzero,jade,kabal,raidon,noob saibot etc and any one of em together are a good team and all b+ and above and about five of them are s tier I’m sure next to them in rank would be the revenants and the klassics.

You can give circle of shadow kung lao power generation gear and there are some equipmants that give %50 reduced power cost on sp2. They are great for him too because you should get to his sp2 as fast as possible.

Quan Chi with the shurikan equipment is so op... unblockable you can continue spamming attack and get them stuck without even touching you

I upgraded quan chi’s passive so he has I think 30 or 40 percent chance of un lockable attacks, with max level fusion shurikan I get around 55-65 percent unblockable chance. I never stop pressing the screen and I just have everyone in a trance they can’t break

Although his HP is low, I don't see why Dark Emperor Liu Kang is not a S. Getting a free shot at every battle opening (unless you have MK11 Kabal on the other side) is HUGE. He is still the fastest character (or maybe Undead Hunter Johnny Cage?) Pair him up with Quan Chi, and he can replenish his HP in survival mode. Give him his brutality gear, and with 500% recovery, his HP goes back to full so he can fight again in survival mode.

When I play with COS Liu Kang in survival.. I don't need to tag out till it's Tremor or KC Sonya...His lethal hits heals him... Giving Moloch Chain and ball can make him the Besttt...He's an S for me...Pure Class S Still can't get over the word that 'He's not useful for survival'.. Red Headband and Moloch Chain and ball...No one can heal this much..Even you're at 1hp, your one special 2 can heal him to max
