I can finally say I love MK11 Rain, if he's who you are referring to, I got him from that 450 pack and was using him and then when that pack came back I got him again, so I use him with my lower fusion MK11 kards, like fusion zero Noob and Nightwolf just for fun

I think there is something broke with this tower .. my smoke has 140% stun and slow resist and yet he got both. Am i missing something?

Because effects like them doesnt stack in direct addition, you cant do block breaker/resistance (etc.) 100% and go above it..

I think, even if it goes to 140%, it is still between (0 to 140)%, when it hits 100% or above, he is immune, when its lower, he may/ may not resist.. But it wont be like 100% means everytime..
