Raffi_YT also if it has a notch it has to be a diamond because all of his gold characters on the account are maxed. If you get a character that is already maxed, then there will not be a notch.

Same happened to me few months back when I opened the dark fate diamond pack starissky dude. I spent 7600 souls and opened almost 19 packs but never got a single diamond card from those 19 packs🤦. This game is pure casino 🎰🙄. If u r lucky you may get 4 diamonds frm just 8 openings and it happened to me long before and if you are unlucky you won’t get a single diamond even after spending 20k souls😓

When the final card has a small arrow above it, that's called a notch which means you're gonna fuse a card, if there is no notch then it's either a new character or a maxed out card.

I am not sure, but I feel that NR server count the IP. So when starinsky uses others account from the same device they count as a single account, and for every account they have a limited chance to get diamonds. So it is better to open your own packs from your devices. May be I am wrong

I totally believe that the packs' drop rates becomes even lower when you have mostly maxed out characters - my MK11 Skarlet is still stuck at fusion zero, and I got no black dragon Tremor from this recent pack release. The only one I had some luck was Assassin Skarlet pack. The game needs to give us a diamond pack like the old elite pack pro... (by the way, your voice over and the video is out of sync)
