The same challenge for a character comes like every 7 months. So I don't agree that normal gold characters are more valuable. And you can get normal golds from the 3rd tower in an elder challenge every single week.

Man bro I’m having such a hard time with battle 173 on the fatal tower bc I don’t have crazy characters. I’ve only been playing for 5 months. I was playing with fusion 7 klassic Sonya and fusion 4 both hanzo and liu kang. For this battle I’m using combat cup Johnny for power drain but damn I just can’t beat it, I’ve gotten so close. I’m surprised I got this high on the tower with not so powerful team. I already finished the Kano tower.
