MK Party spokesperson speaks on Dr Hlophe's resignation from JSC

uMkhonto weSizwe Party spokesperson and MP Nhlamulo Ndhlela comments on the latest decision by the party's Parliamentary leader Dr. John Hlophe to resign from the Judicial Services Commission (JSC).
The party has written to the National Assembly Speaker to withdraw Hlophe as one of the designated members of the National Assembly to serve in the JSC.
Ndhlela said the latest decision is by no means a futile excercise as Hlophe is not prepared to associate himslelf with the JSC "fraudulent processes."

The system is a mess there is no law stopping Dr John Hlophe, their argument is based on morals, but his name is still on the list for the process to go on. If this was even a case of morals they suppose to delay the sitting so they can replace Hlophe because by law if someone is missing it's an unlawful sitting

So they basically kept on the list so they will put him as absent, so the MK doesn't also get enough time to fight this. Even the timing of the judgment was taken just before the sitting. People need to wake up and understand most of what is happening is political not law, the same lady on the news had no answer as to what exactly did he do, dololo nobody can give you a direct response, even the DA. They even closed his funds to appeal the impeachment because they knew in court they had nothing on him, this was a messy political move done by the ANC and the DA to remove Hlophe. ANC and DA are here to protect the interests of white capital and will do everything to get their way, they use media to control people's minds and mislead people. Nothing they ever said to distroy true leaders has ever been proven in court and it will never be proven. Zuma will be layed to rest one day without a single piece of evidence ever being produced because they are all lieing they lied to us for years, because as a country we are such fools we believed them. Look where that got us now our country is a mess and, they always blame it on Zuma and so called state capture. The real state capture is what's happening now

Credibility of JSE component is now quetionable since1 member is no longer there through resignation, unlike before he was paused to perform duties mean technical he still a member in question but JSE was able to sit, discuss and take dissions, but from Dr Hlope resignation mean one member of Opposition is tempered since the law or policies say opposition must be represented NA need to start afresh sit to nominate and vote for a name to legitimise the JSE structure, JSE now can't sit for it operations due to 1 member is no longer there complete unlike someone whos absent while his part of the structure
