For context, the last time Sareena & Bi-Han or either Sub-Zero's were in a game together was in Armageddon. That was roughly 17 years ago. It's so friggin great to see them together. But it's also so bittersweet as neither of them interacted with each other in this game & the writers probably don't plan to continue their relationship. At least she won't randomly hook up with Kabal again. At least that's what I'm hoping.

This may just be because I haven't had much experience with them (outside of the 2021 movie), but I really like Reiko and Nitara. I was a new fan at the time, and before finding out that they were characters in the other games, I thought they were made up for the movie (along with Kabal, but I found out that he was a game character shortly after.) It wasn't until this game that I found out Reiko and Nitara were more than just a strong man and a pretty lady with wings. Reiko is a general and 2nd in command to Shao Kahn. Nitara is a vampire, and a pretty scary one at that. It has made me intrigued to learn more about each one of them.
