Theoretically since Kryptonite can harm and slice Superman/Kal El… if Johnny’s Car has been customized with something that can harm Homelander…. Then practically Johnny’s one can also be a canonical way he could die and I wouldn’t even MIND cus of how funny that would be… Just Johnny knocking him inside the car and lifting the door and slamming him and just setting it off… it seems really damaging soooo.. even if the car wasn’t customized tbh since Homelander isn’t Omni man… he’d be pretty messed up and fucked up even if it were an ordinary car and not custom made to kill or harm or injure Homelander… but he isn’t as strong as Kal El (Superman) or Nolan (Omni man) as a Supe sooo… John (Homelander) would probably be really fucked up.

Tbh Peacemaker can dust Homelander too; Those sonic booms can get extremely lethal and Peacemaker has force field too… Considering that He also loves Eagley a lot if Homelander attempted to hurt or kill Eagley he can probably Sonic boom him into literal shreds of meat like his Jetpack fatality; sure maybe the first part would do nothing to Homelander canonically but… that last close up “Activate Sonic Boom” is gonna result that… And what’s nice is Eagley gets a nice treat and a full on meal of Homelander’s corpse.. Homelander is weaker than Omni man.
