My guy, Bi Han is no anti hero. He betrayed Kuai Liang and Liu Kang to side with Shang Tsung. He admitted to letting his dad die just so he could lead the Lin Kuei. And he attacked kuai liang at his wedding

If someone has beef with Liu Kang/Raiden/Kuai/Special force, does not mean he must be a villain. He cares for his clan, which belongs to earthrealm. He could have sided with havik, but did not.

Noob Saibot is much worse than Ermac could ever be. Ermac was created by Quan Chi, and made to be loyal to him because of the sorcerer's dark magic before he gained enough self-awareness of who he is and what he was made for to have a conscience of his own and ultimately be more neutral. But Bi-Han? He willingly chose to be in this state and more evil than he already was as Sub-Zero.
