Nice combos man, i really like Kenshi now, i used to think he would be my last character after playing the others because his sento stance would be brain frying but after trying his combo challenges in the tutorial I understood how simple it actually is to use in combos and now i freaking love Kenshi, #Kenshi❤

Great stuff man! I wanted to put it out there that the combo starting at :54 seconds is not optimal, after rising karma you can dash into back 2 soul charge for 310.66 damage instead of 306.01. It’s super precise and I can’t get it consistently

Yeah I managed to hit it once or twice but thought that it was so inconsistent, I won't show it. Thank you though ! A lot of the Sento routes are unoptimal now too unfortunately. Slight difference in damage by like 2% but yeah

@@ceejay_gaming9636 Yes he does, so you gain access to easier combos like landing F22 Freeze into Sento max damage with Sub is a lot easier compare to Frost you have to do a forward dash then sento immediately, like the timing is super tight. You can't combo after BF3 (Unless I'm wrong or you get a lot less damage and sandwish setup) Sub armor allows you to zone out pretty much everyone except maybe Reiko but it also allows you to get out of Sento stance when you have sub available which is in my opinion more valuable than full screen Frost freeze and Frost's chip damage. Sub can also do shoulder charge which is + and even more + the further you are. To be honest though, I'm pretty sure Cyrax is the way to go for Kenshi now. Activatint Sento on block and also on hit is crazy even though you get less damage than Sub.

Can you do a video that shows HOW to operate Sento and Kenshi simultaneously? I've seen a move where they're in Sento2 stance and attacking in perfect unison. I can't figure it out for the life of me.

Hey, so if you're holding down the Kameo button, you can move Kenshi without moving Sento. So you will be able to perform moves with Kenshi without having Sento performing the move at the same time. If you hold the block button, you will be able to move Sento without moving Kenshi, so allow you to attack from full screen without having Kenshi attack. The way you will combo using both at the same tiy sometimes holding do the Kameo button to make Kenshi attack and during Kenshi's recovery, you can input Sento's actions. Kind of complicated to explain but I hope that helps !

So if you listened to the start of the video you know how to make Kenshi move without Sento moving. So it's HoldKameo 4 let go of kameo 3. Another way to do that I started exploring is using the negative edge. So while Sento is coming out, Hold 3 then when you're ready let go of 3 and press 4 immediately. Not 100% sure it's gonna work but it probably will.

So to explain what negative edge, it's basically making Sento attack on RELEASE of the inputs instead of on press.

Sub freeze is the way to go into Sento stance. Once you're in it you want to keep the pressure going and mix him

New max damage has been found but most of them are inconsistent. The new consistent max damage I use mid screen after freeze is : 4Sento3 F2 4Sento3 jump in 2 F4Sento3 4DB4

Hey man, love the f4 ender idea to preserve sento timer, any tips on oki setups to follow up though? Distance is kinda awkward, can’t frame trap f22 after meaty sento s2 without doing a dash while holding assist then negative edging sento S2 and blocking… kinda convoluted

Hey! Yeah unfortunately that's what you might have to go for. Dash up F2 sento1 2 is the idea I go for to beat armor and keep your turn. The sequence look like : F2 Sento1 2 DB3 Sento2. If done properly, the first hit of sento2 will jail after DB3 and keep your turn.

Lol, don't do the kick then. Just do the Sento 3. Another way to do it though is to hold 3 while sento is coming out then to let go of 3 then press 4 right after. You will perform Sento3 using negative edge. Maybe it would be easier for you ?

@@devildkila No you missinderstood me. Sento's negative edge is not related to the settings. You can't turn it off. So whatever your settings are, negative edge is on with Sento.

You have to move Sento everytime you can so right after landing your jump 2 and right after F4 before doing Sento3. Look specifically at the movements from Sento. It is a consistent combo though, just need a lot of practice. Took me a while before I was able to get it consistently.

I’m getting and error when when going into sento stance after forward 2 for some reason. Once I hit R2 22 with sento kenshi attacks as well. I didn’t have this problem in the better. Any suggestions. I hope it’s not a downloading issue.

Hmm I think I understand what you mean. Try pressing 22 a little later. It seems like when Sento comes out, if you hold R2 there's still a slight moment where Kenshi can't block yet but can do 2. So basically just wait a little longer before pressing 22 while holding block.

Yes for sure. Your freeze lasts a lot longer so it allows for anti air and 141 into freeze. Also allows for max range F22 to lead into the max damage combo.

@@kamasireborn hmm I see. I’ll try Sub as a kameo in the lab. I’ve seen TitaniumTiger use Cyrax as his kameo. It doesn’t combo into Sento but it lets him set it up on block pressure and then go straight into the mix up. I’m gonna experiment with all the kameos and see what I can do with each one. I’m personally not a fan of how we can’t switch characters in Kombat league so I gotta learn all the kameo options.
