Nice video ! I just want to mention a very underrated cameo on kitana , that being Motaro . I was ranked God both last seasons playing Kitana - Jax / Scorp , but right now i am finding more succes using Motaro . He is absolutely an amazing choice for her since he has anti - zoning , the 3 projectiles provide insane pressure and can also work as combo starers , his teleport can save you from attacks that would punish your gaps and also get you out if your armored wakeup gets blocked , and after the buffs his forward move can be spammed a lot and its also plus . He also helps a lot against Johnny Cage or anyone's crazy corner pressure , since you can just armor move - teleport out of the corner if blocked (most of the time their attack will not have enough range to hit you after teleporting or they will spam and you get a full combo punish) I surprised and won a round against the #1 ranked kombat league steam player using Motaro so im quite confident its a sleeper but extremely good choice lol , worth giving it a try sometime 😄

This is my first time playing mk trying to be good, and I’m only playing with kitana. Its beeb hard (last season I reached the master rank) but your videos helps a lot. I need to training more, try tricks and combos in practice mode and need to play calmly

I really appreciate your Kitana videos as a competitive player. You seem like a good player and I'm glad you are giving higher level Kitana guides and content. I recently picked her up and she is a very fun neutral/setplay character based more on fundamentals than OH/Low mix. Staggers, MicroDuck, auto shimmy/shimmy's and very footsie based with solid zoning. She can be used so many ways. I mainly use Jax and I'm wondering is there any consistent way to combo off Jax Ground Pound using B34xxDB1 or 4F33xxDB1 to evade pound but still get the juggle if they don't block low? I can get it to juggle but it seems like a just frame link or within a small window? I can do the Stagger neutral jump kick into conversion for 30% off it easy but want a frame trap blockstring version like B34/4F33 into DB1 fan that's consistent online and in tourneys!

ur vids are carrying me thru kombat league thank you!!! any tips for a matchup with kitana against scorpion? I know the spear trades fine with fan toss (not as well with regular fancy flick tho...) but i get caught a lot with his teleports and b3 which gets me afraid to press against him

I started off with Sonya, and now I’m trying to move on and find a new kameo, I’m stuck between Jax and Scorpion, I only have like one Sonya combo that goes for 40+

For reiko match up i just use motaro cuase fuck his shurikens. He can have them back lol. Hearing you explain sub kameo against reiko is nice though, not a bad idea. Keep up the good work 🪭 💙💙

Great guide! After all you have explained I wouild probably still pick jax and aftyer mastering him pick Sub as backup. Only thing i can't land stable with Jax is ex bf1 in corener after 11 fan nado back kameo. It comes out late and won't catch the opponent. can you help me with tips on how to buffer(maybe) properly?

Sub Zero kind of completely shuts down everything Ashrah and Sareena can really do in neutral I main them and anytime I play against someone who uses sub Kameo I feel pretty useless idk if it’s just me. Like you can only really check with F2 but it can be neutral duck full combo’d.
