Any character in this game with actual mix(safe mix even better) will be top tier. If your offense sucks you will be bottom tier. Just that simple.

I agree with you. Maybe I'm nuts but everytime I see Liu or Shang high in a list I'm just wondering what I'm missing. These characters represent almost no high/low threat. Like all the other characters at the top of tier lists have decent to strong mix. Is there neutral/zoning really good enough to make up for the lack of mix? Maybe I just need to fight a really strong Liu/Shang and I'll understand. At least Liu has strong strike/throw.

@@_Deez precisely. Liu is almost top tier imo. He's basically johnny but with good zoning. And a semi stronger throw strike game. But yeah, it will be just like mk11, the characters with actual offensive threat/or mix will be top tier.
