Storm Cell trades with it or completely interrupts it and then, the teleport as the camera moves places you directly infront of the stomp for a full punish. Try it in practice. I concur. Though i do not say that he cannot do anything. I do not main him, but i use every ninja in the game as i consider myself an old veteran, starting from the first game. 😅 I main Rain, but even he has a hard time. But that is another story, why he has those hard times. Back to Knoob, he has options, as i have gone to lab this issue myself with him, but because of his slower dashing movements, he needs exact timing. Like an uppercut. As most people say, "when the screen focuses on you". But... thanks. I for instance, have not that kind of reaction and my predicaments can lead to swallow a few teabags (or clam slamming, as Sheeva is a girl 😜 ). Knoobs DB4 can hit, but you need to know if the opponent delays that 'Stomp' move or not, as 'Sheeva' has at least 30 kind of frame options to delay it. Yes, you can choose from 30 options with her, starting from 66 to 96 frames when delaying. This needs a limit like the 'Delayed Wake Up', from 3 to 1 option. Most morons don't even check Sheeva's move list options, so you can have a little luck, as back dashing and doing the DB4 can catch Sheeva in the middle of the air. But not many have godly reactions. 😜 The 'B2' can avoid her too, with the similar effect like Raiden's teleport, as Knoob dashes a bit forward before the hit and you will have a little time for a punish, as the "Stomp" has 31 frame of recovery. But this does not apply for the 'EnhancedStomp', where the opponent can point an "in front" and "behind" version of that abominable move. The 'Air Sickle Port' is a bit slow to be 100% effective, but it can be used as well with short hops. But again, it wasn't that effective. All in all, the only move that is universal is the back and forth dashing, to confuse a "real stomper", and a godly-exact uppercut. Other than that, I can advise you to try out the 'B2' next time, unless you realize, that the stomper can point an "in front" version. Ugh, have written too much again, but i hope this information can help you a bit. 😉 I still will investigate further options on this though. 😉

Yeah it was thanks to it's inconsistencies that made it op. Though they could further balance it and make Tremor and Dragon Stomp use the same buttons so Spammers cant spam either of them when the stomp gets countered
