Does anyone know how to block Kotal's amplified overhead sword? I always get caught on that

The first hit is an unblockable, you could jump out of that, or if close enough I believe you could mash a poke to stuff the move. When amplified it becomes an overhead. Block high or possibly backdash(but its reach is insane lol)

Probably ascension is his best variation. That or Totemic. If you just want damage/defense setups, use buluc
