What can I say Mitch? With the sort of money these old fast Fords are going for I wish I still had my 1973 Capri 3000GXL, my 1983 Escort XR3i or my 1983 Capri 2.8 Injection! 20-20 hindsight is a wonderful thing! The M3 would have been okay at the hammer price but ended up enough for it, the RS 2000 was okay seen worst ones a lot more expensive, I liked the MK1 van looked nice made strong money, any word on your Escort we have not seen it for a wee while, thanks for taking us round the show Mitch much appreciated

Strange looking XR4i.... Mine was 2 door, double whale tail spoiler, pepper pot wheels and had a 2.8i V6. More like a fake XR4x4 attempt.

The 3dr will need 10-15k minimum put into it. That's....if you can get original parts of a good standard. Quality Cossie parts are pretty much non existent now. Brave man!

Mitch you said thers no insurance claim so it’s HPI Clear , HPI means thers no finance owing on the car no loans outstanding logbook loans nothing g go do with insurance payout Unless you meant to say and it’s HzpI clear do to value of the car, good coverage tho
