If you get a MK3 TDI (or mk2 Caddy/Ibiza) accelerator pedal, you can make it work with the 1.8T engine. Or I think retrofabrication does a bracket for the TT pedal

Interesting, I'll look into the td pedal. Everyone is out of stock of the tt mounts at the moment 😒

I'm feeling attacked now. I have a Rabbit pickup on a lift sorting the rust. A 93 Golf that I want to restore. It's my wife's first new car she bought back then and it's been sitting in the desert at her dad's for the last 20 years. Have had almost no time to get to either. If you work on a MK2 Scirocco next we'll have words as that's the other one waiting for me to get to it.

@@SuperRon yeah 😁 The a3 dials have the angled clear front and the tt facia is flat and low profile, my 1.8t conversion needs all the room it can get. Not sure if I can just swap the facias or need to swap the whole dial.
