Mk4 Golf R32 Turbo - Smiles Per Gallon

I haven’t made a video of the car since owning it…
So this is a little drive out in my Turbo’d Golf R32. I had an idea in my head of how I wanted to shot this and tried something different with some POV from the head strap with the GoPro… turned out not too bad.
Can still pick up the sights and sounds of the VR6/boost which is the main goal and what I wanted to capture. Plus it gave me the chance to edit a video which I haven’t done in over a year.
HPA turbo setup running 520bhp.
Goes well and still sounds great! 👌🏼

Just a shame most of the golf's with the v6 are over £700 a year road tax now. Mk4/5 r32s are one of my favourite cars. Shame ill probably never own one my self

Nice! Had a Deep Blue Pearl R32 with a stage 2 VF ENGINEERING SUPER CHARGER with intercooler and pleanty of other go fast parts. Sadly 😥 I lost the R to a flood.

@@Tracked_Cupra I had a rotrex mk4 back in the day. Low comp pistons but untouched apart from that. I miss that car lol. Want another. Pref mk5 dsg turbo

@@Scoobydcs just a head spacer plate on mine to lower compression. Solid engineered engines these VR6’s! I’m more a manual kind of guy… stupid powered turbo’d cars, then yeah DSG is the way to go for sure.

@@Tracked_Cupra yeh I love the vr. Had a mk3 with a Supercharger too. The 12v sounds even better than thr 24v imo and yeh they were always mega strong engines. I'm currently lusting after another lol. Thought about. Amk3 again but they are rare and expensive!
