Okay for real Why does the npc of petey have no petals? That is too cursed even for Mario kart 7 hack standards.

wario (which is the character petey actually is, it just looks like petey) and m-mario have the same stats but wario was used in this run because the bigger hitboxes made it easier to collect two coins at once. Also the back of petey's head having the same pattern as the mushroom wheels is pretty funny.
