Every1 must respect Quan Father & Insuperable. 2 take Quan to tournament level is insane. i often wonder if boon & the team knew the rune trap was coming. i mean honestly cos when im playing quan it seems as if they purposely made him crap. Not like broken characters like Cyber Sub & Jade but Quan CHi's move sets and cross ups would only work with the rune trap. I cant imagine that boon would ever seriously put a character in a game as crappy as a non rune trap quan chi lol...thats laughable

80% block string with 3 bars... cyrax has 70% 1 bar but commentators dont troll every cyrax player the entire time. commentators are so biased. Quan is definitely not top 10 but id say he is low-mid tier
