I would print a 3d Angle bracket brace that could attach (and detach) using two u shaped slots to the back of the center screen and can pivot on a hinge to fold down when not in use without having to be detached. Ideally Monduo should incorporate this into their design.

It depends on how heavy are the screens and how is their weight distributed, if they're heavy and all the weight is held by the screen then they definitely should! The hinges of the laptop will wear out very quickly

How many times have they had to reply and tell people that it has an adjustable stand to help the hinge hold the weight???😂😂 The only thing I see that should be improved/fixed is these extra screens don't sit at a good viewing angle because they have no vertical tilt adjustment, so when your main screen is tilted to an ergonomic angle these will be angled very sub optimally. Interesting product though, I'll be watching for future improvements in the design and ergonomics.

I think it would be even better if you use a stand so that the laptop is higher. That way the screens can all be at eye level and there doesn’t need to be that odd angle formed from compound angles

Been using this for 10 months now and to all the people that say the hinge will suffer in 2 weeks, y’all are completely wrong and know nothing. It’s actually a week. My MacBook is certainly flappy now 😂. But seriously, it’s really great solution for a non existent problem. You rarely need a second screen on your laptop and for people that can afford this, you probably either have a desktop or second screen at home anyway. And no, you won’t use this “on the go”, where exactly? The coffee shop or library? Not enough space and there and you won’t be doing anything intense enough to require second screen let alone 3 displays. In summary, it does have a use case but people that can afford it already have a better setup. As a software dev I always thought as a dev you need two screens, no not really it’s mostly aesthetics to loook the part, what you need to do is learn keyboard shortcuts bro. It’s much much faster than managing content across two screens if you have more than a decade under your belt. If you are a forex scammer/trader or anyone that’s needs to monitor multiple windows at the same time, mmmm sure i guess but where exactly are you at that time? Starbucks? You gonna sit and monitor critical data at Starbucks? You’re a phony probably. Go back to the office and connect to the screens you already have bro.

Everyone who DOESN’T own one keeps talking about the overload on the hinges. Is there ONE example of someone’s hinges being damaged by additional screens? There are other triple or duo screen products out there. If this is indeed a problem, there should be people who HAVE double or triple screens that have had their hinges damaged. I own a Duo and my hinges are fine.
