Matthias, I am *floored* at the talent and the amount of time and hard work you put into this entire production. I say production because there is quite a bit of editing both sound and video involved--not to mention the amount of takes and working out the tune. I'm 48 ... been playing since I was 16 and I'm pretty friggin jealous of those chops and the musicality (your own voice) you have already developed at such a young age. My advice, actually some advice I received from Peter Erskine many years ago after I sent him a copy of a drum demo . . . is for you to "be yourself" and to "learn to develop your own voice." In other words, don't get too hung up on playing to or sounding like one guy. It was the best advice and wake up call I ever got. I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos. Another fantastic performance Matthias!!!!! If you haven't "turned pro" yet, then you definitely should. Your talent will take you far!! BTW...nice job on the video production too--I love the double exposed/cross-dissolve images of Ireland and the multiple camera views. The flashes at the end are a great finish too. It must take you just as long to edit the video as it does to learn how to play the song. You are GREAT!!!!!
