I believe it's just called Windows phone link to link your phone number. Otherwise I use project broadcast for alllllll my booking and texting. I have more info on my www.emilyschuette.com website

It can't hurt to say "I was cleaning off my desk...I know, scary right😂🤣 and came across your name!! I realized we hadn't connected about____ and I wanted to see if you'd benefit from that". Some of it is volume of leads but also checking your charisma/positioning yourself as an expert in what we do. I have a video from a month ago on higher level sales education that helps with that. You've got this!!
