It was also quite heartwarming when past Scorpion saw the Fire Garden again :)

Hanzo/Scorpion is also my favorite character and when Raiden healed Scorpion and told him that he was in his position before (being a slave to anger), it was heartwarming to see that Scorpion had became a good guy, even though he was never inherently evil. Hanzo gave himself (literally himself) an opportunity to see the truth and realize that he could be free and not have to stress the thought his wife and child, what would’ve probably happened was Kronika would’ve brought them back and they would’ve died AGAIN, very similar to the original timeline when the elder gods brought back the shirai ryu as hellspawn demons. I’m kinda also glad him or Sub-Zero wasn’t in the aftermath ending because I didn’t want to see them get their souls taken 💀.

Hopefully he also was able to keep the African tribes and nations from killing each other as has been constant throughout history. Though, to be fair, that is true everywhere. For me the best was Jaqui's ending where she selflessly gave up her own life to make her dad's better. It is heart-rending and inspirational. That is a hero.
