This looks like a game I would get about 25% of the way and give up when I got enticed away by pretty much any new release. I would then promise myself to return to it one day when I had nothing to play. After a year passed, I reinstall it, only to get the feeling that I had left it too long, forgot who was who and where stuff was and just quit the game again.

This game really, really doesn't seem like it wants the player to think about anything. Kay's constant "maybe i can go through here" or "i can get this open" started to make me agitated. She won't even be quiet when combat starts as if the music change and the shooting weren't dead giveaways that you'd been spotted.

It's the formulaic missions, making the woman character basically a man and overall feeling like a procedure rather than a unfolding story. Graphics are great, same with the environment. Heck the voice acting isn't bad either.

I really like the introduction to this game, it really sets the tone, there is still a lot of things that I would have liked to have seen with Star wars outlaws, there are some good elements this game and the fact that there is a way to make a passive income is actually really brilliant. Kay was perfect for this role, I would have liked to have seen more transitions with other characters, so we can sort of play their story up to the point where they meet kay or progress the story in some other way. This is a definite win, it might have had a rocky start, but a lot of games do these days which is unfortunate. I think there should have been a heavier play on racing in this game such as gambling on pod races and things like that.. or even entering some of the competitions that are known throughout the Galaxy.

The plan for the acolyte was three seasons, in the third season you would not only start getting into plagueis not really being the sith Master just yet but they were also going to start showing stuff from the Old Republic. It was going to set up in knights of the Old Republic series that they were working on. But theory got his legions of people to shit all over the acolyte and instead of just scraping the acolyte they scrapped the whole freaking thing. It's just toxic. I think they do it because they get some sort of feeling of power out of it but they are the ones who are ruining Star wars because Lucas film can't put anything out without them shiting all over it. Eventually you're not going to get anything Star wars related. What I've heard is after they do these three movies they're not going to do anything else for a long time

It's actually pretty fun, the one true downfall at least in my opinion is combat... it's really easy to die om the non story difficulties, but the stealth mechanics makes it feel like Assassin's Creed In space, I think it's a good game so far and only paid for the standard edition... I'm passed where this guy is at, and I love it so far, way better than outcast was, I actually think the best sci-fi shooter out there right now is the first descendant and it's free which is great but legit destiny 3rd person with a way better loot system but I play most games for the story which I feel like 1st descendant is truly lacking in... but this is the most fun with a star wars game that I've had since Nintendo 64's pod racing game back in the day

Not a huge fan of Star Wars in particular, but i think it looks decent and worth playing, i'll look for it somewhere cheap and try it out. I didn't even realize it's Ubisoft, i thought it's EA. But for Ubisoft standards this looks high quality, definitely a big upgrade since Breakpoint and some other Ubisoft games that were terrible. They're a bit late though, their games should've looked like this about 5-10 years ago. Wildlands should've been this polished in 2017. But at least finally a Ubisoft game that looks to be on par with Tomb Raider, Control, Days Gone, Mad Max etc..

This game has better plot, acting, and action than any of the sequel films! It's like whoever wrote this understood characters have to build relationships for the setups and payoffs to be worth anything! People don't become best friends forever after 5 minutes (J.J. Abrams). They even understood that Star Wars is about family trauma and either letting it rot you to the core or learning to find family anyway (sometimes with your actual bad family!) The gameplay got a bit repetitive and achievement-mania, and people can be pissy about the idea of spending extra to get it early (weird), but it looked fun to me. I think y'all are getting high on hate-herding -- a lot of other people are ragging on it and you want to be part of the pack. Understandable, but unwarranted.

Watched some of the star wars movies and I'm liking this game. I often use walkthroughs if i get stuck but only if i just can't be bothered to look anymore myself as pointless buying the thing otherwise if I'm letting someone else play it for me. But handy for those stuck moments. Samey in places but i like nix and some of the characters in this.

Man, imagine if this was an open world game which character customization, male female, different types of species, the ability to create a home base on any planet you wanted, trade goods, level up ships, build, trade and or buy your own droids, ships, speeders etc. Be a moisture farmer on Tatooine, an Ewok living in the trees on the moon of Endor. The possibilities are endless. But we are stuck with this. Beautiful open world. 2012 faces surrounded by 2024 graphics, character depths of dried up puddles. Maybe nice to play once but then to forget that it ever existed.

@@gnucompiler Black Myth: Wukong sold 10 million copies in three days. 20 million in one month. Outlaws sold around 1 million in one month. With Star Wars already being an existing ip. Ubisoft shares have tanked. People play Black Myth: Wukong because they want to play a DarkSouls-esque game. Even though the graphics in Outlaws looks nice, the world, not the characters faces, the storyline is pretty much non existent, zero character depth, and if I wasn’t reminded from time to time that it was a Star Wars game by inserting some Star Wars related stuff, I wouldn’t even think that this was a Star Wars game.

No commentary walkthroughs usually have the "fat" trimmed when uploading videos. Meaning the excess time spent solving puzzles gets edited out and you see the final result. The edits on the videos are good, but you can still notice them. Otherwise, watching a no commentary playthrough will get boring fast just watching someone solve a puzzle in silence. As for the quick uploads, they get review codes for games ahead of time. So by the time the game comes out, they have already finished playing.
