I don't know if Leo would've won if he started with Byleth, but as soon as he switched in game 3 the whole Tweek's combo frenzy stopped. I felt the whole atmosphere changed like Leo's Byleth is so much more intimidating... OMW

Not exactly, if you notice Tweek was mostly winning that game 3 as well, he only lost cause of 1 unfortunate interraction on that 50/50 and Leo had rage. Similarly Leo also lost game 2 cause of a few unfortunate situations. However I will admit that Leo's Byleth did alot better in game 4 and even game 5 even though Tweek seemed to be playing slightly better at the end there. I think like Marss explained Aegis has an issue with Diddy's setups and of course there is also the fact that Tweek knows Aegis better than he knows Byleth cause he has also played Aegis. Honestly, Leo's Aegis is phenomenal, however it feels like Leo should just know when to switch back to Byleth or another character and that is what will make Leo nigh unbeatable. Leo did say he wanted to experiment more with aegis and if possible go solo aegis in this tournament so that's why things went the way they did. Although I bet even he doubted that Tweek would dominate his aegis this hard twice.

That’s usually how these games go though at a top level one mistake can cost you everything and mkleo will definitely punish you for it but In this scenario his byleth was able to capitalize on those mistakes a lot more than mythra/pyra. It definitely would of been in mkleo favor a lot more if he started with byleth

I think hearing more analytical stuff from you is always good. Having a pro player break down the set to the small details like player mentality, adaptation, micro-spacing, mix-ups and picking options under disadvantage would help a lot of people become better at the game.
