I have a other way of finding BOE See the fig.6.13 (the fig shown in the video) Now we can see that BOD is *vertically opposite* to AOC which means that BOD=AOC (Reason vertically opposite angles) Hence BOD is 40° so, AOC is also 40° As given in the question that AOC + BOE =70° 40°+BOE =70° BOE =70°-40° BOE =30°
