Appreciate sharing the video!! While I don't have the identical board or controller but it's from the same maker and proved helpful. I usually don't retain any wiring or MKS references so this clip's a useful resource!

The ENA line on this DM332T and the similar DM320T is active-high. Which means to ground it will make the logic false, and +5V will make it true. i.e., Ground the ENA to DISABLE the driver output. Tie it high (connect to +5v) to enable the driver/motor. If you have a double shaft motor with a hand wheel on one end, add a SPDT toggle switch. Make ENA low to allow the motor to free wheel when the handwheel is turned. This allows manual positioning of the axis without shutting down the entire machine and feeding back EMF into the circuit from the motor (FYI it can be a generator if spun). Otherwise, tie the ENA to +5v. Do not let the control line float with no connection. A spurious signal could cause the line to go low enough to stop the motor intermittently. Additionally, those drivers are in PLASTIC cases; an insulator, and they have NO heat sink! You will be lucky if they don't fry under load. Since you have plenty of room, I'd scrap them and get some DM542Ts which DO have heat sinks.

What firmware are you using on your board? From what I can find Marlin doesn't seem to support the CLS connections and I'm having no luck getting it to work. Thanks for the helpful video!
