Your music gift is Amazing! Roland created the MKS for players like you. I recently purchased a MKS 20 about 3 months ago to go along with my CP88 which is also amazing! To my ears Hartwell's version is much closer to the the module because it captures more of the character of the real thing. Of course opinions are subject. Your style of playing keeps the MKS so very relevant some 38 years later. Much success to you and your channel Bro!

I have the MKS Extreme and it’s sounds great, but there’s something about that MKS 2000 that is just special!! Keyscape MKS is incredible as well but man that 2000.. Great content as always Andrew!

I love the Mks Extreme, I have it myself, the only thing that dislike about that software is that it has a slight staticky sound in some of the sounds when you play. I can hear it in your video as well but besides that the Mks extreme is incredible!!!

The latest version of MKS2000 now has a “magic” button above the tune knob to the left of the display. Any idea what that actual function is? I asked Junior, haven’t heard back in over a week.

I have had my unit since the 1980s and it still sounds as good as it did 40 yrs ago! Limited by inability to layer, add effects, stereo, etc., so these plugins are much appreciated - I have the GM Extreme and it is a terrific update on features and ability to edit and nail the exact sound. To my ears, GM Extreme did a better job of capturing every nuance...

But I only have studio one 5 and the Kontakt player. I done subbed man. You're a great player! Im learning chords at the same time lol

It isn't? I usually have it downloaded in my downloads and search for it through the library in Kontakt and click on Instruments then the nki file and it usually loads up for me
